County Security Services was formed to provide bespoke and tailored maintenance and service programs

to local authorities and businesses across the south east of England. The company has grown a lot since then, but the knowledge and experience gained over 25 years allows us to provide a comprehensive and highly efficient repairs service.

Due to our engineers competencies and comprehensive work ethic, many of our clients’ systems greatly surpass their life expectancy, providing additional value and service long after their manufacturer‘s suggested lifetime.

We are able to offer response times to suit the immediacy of the faults, thereby maximising the cost efficiency of the service. Our service manager database software allows our staff to efficiently view the status of any live or completed calls complete with full tracking and reporting information. This provides valuable management information which goes to ensure that jobs are always completed on time and any enquiries can be dealt with as quickly as possible.

We are able to offer a planned maintenance and responsive repairs program for systems either newly installed or to maximise the lifetime of older systems. The system types we can cover include:

Repairs

Our target for repairing systems is to leave a site with the system fully functional. To this end we make sure that each engineer’s’ van is fully stocked with spares and accessories for all common brands. By combining manufacturer run training courses with our own in-house training program ensures that all of our engineers are fully conversant with all of our clients systems and are competent and qualified to repair faults effectively and efficiently.

Our location in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire allows us to provide immediate response to the south east of England. County Security’s technical knowledge, expertise and customer service experience allow us to provide a level of support that is second to none.

Maintenance

Our maintenance programs are specifically designed to meet the specific requirements of the client. We aim to carry out visits to sites twice every year and are able to support blocks and sites of any size. With our experience we have developed a unique stock grading system to provide measureable figures for each inspection. In addition to the detailed report this provides the ability to track inspections and shows a detailed snapshot of the systems’ status.
